About this image

Big challenge to preserve the UV maps on this and didn't exactly have a great model to work from but hey ho, whatever I can find I suppose. Most proud of rigging the fingers, still has minor deformations with the heels which annoys me. Had to somehow bend the mesh at the hips so the legs arent as spaced out which totally doesnt sit well with the fallout skeleton (namely, rig then pose then rig again although I think this is the cause of the issue with the heels dunno will have to test some more). Yes I prefer this to the vanilla stealth suit.

Did you ever end up releasing this anywhere?

honestly, if i could change them I would but the mesh I originally received had nothing underneath, like the mesh was cut out so idk how i can fix that, the shirt covers the area decently but i would have rather had a nude version, reduced the chest so i could fit any armor over it. im just going to have to deal with the shirt grrrr unless i find another haydee model

Doesn't Haydee use .mesh, and multiple separate meshes per body part? Working on keeping the UV maps would seem like heaven after having to import and rig all of those meshes into a single armor piece, on top of working with NV's skeleton.

I received them as OBJs. (Feet, shoes, chest, body upper, body lower, arms, arm joint balls, head) Neck mesh had to be separated from the body and feet combined. Rigging separately caused mesh mismatch in game somehow so I had to combined everything, rig then separate. Legs too far apart had to be brought closer to fit NV skeleton. Head is actually resized so I can fit a default female head inside could do a transparent visor type thing im big on those, vertice count per mesh 20-29k average bone copy Time 600 seconds annoyingly long for sometimes a bad copy go in after to tweak especially the arms. Two glitches which still annoy me being neck armor piece clipping and heels deforming like skin due to Toe biped probably, ankles stretch too unknown why atm

Yeah, holy shit. Good on you for getting this to pan out in-game! I'd've been broken over just one error in compiling the meshes after doing all of that.

Blender seems to be okay with importing models with like 60k+ vertices but when it told me yo you can’t export that amount, I had to do some creative mesh isolating and exporting part by part. I had 3 instances of blender exporting at once haha
