My install is still going from 2016, I keep backups of the game folder because getting it back to how it is now from a clean install would be a nightmare.

I'm still running on the same install I've used since 2015. I've so heavily customized everything that doing a clean install would be way too much work to bring everything back to the same state.

I've thankfully been more careful to keep my personal mods and edits archived since I know inevitably something will go wrong for me.
But even then, I still tend to forget and loose some stuff. So I can imagine just how difficult & annoying it would be to try and rebuild a six-year old customized mod set up.

Bro can you imagine if they made the Map 3 or 4 times bigger so you could really feel like you were in a desert.

Ugh yesss- that would've been cool, but they really only had a short time period to finish this game thanks to Bethesda. :/

Funny thing - I can't say vanilla NV looks bad. Maybe I'm an idiot, maybe I'm just getting older, but this screenshots of unmodded NV feel like a breath of fresh air. Also this screenshots illustrate that proper shot composition beats graphics.

Technically its not fully "vanilla" here since there are some new updated textures included in the New California mod, but yeah- I don't really think the vanilla game looks really all that bad either. Then again, that could also just be me being incredibly biased towards this game. :,D
