About this image

Hey.. may as well go on holiday ingame, right?

I'm really liking the water from Charge's Texture Pack. Since I already had my landscapes set up the way I wanted, I just cherry-picked the water files, and I feel they work very nicely with everything else.

Yeah, I use just that as well. The water from New Vegas Reloaded is somehow buggy with the reflections for me. Where are the clouds from? :)

While I really love the concept of the Reloaded series, and it's obvious the author has put a ton of work into those mods, I haven't actually used them since I tried Oblivion Reloaded... too buggy, and too many game-play changes (in a mod that ostensibly bills itself as a graphic overhaul) that should have been off by default.. were on, which required a ton of ini tinkering. Combined with the general lack of documentation... yeah... I can't really say I'm a fan.

The clouds are from URWLNV (https://www.moddb.com/mods/urwlnv-ultimate-edition-v21), and I've tweaked the actual light further with Reshade and Imaginator.

      I see. Thanks.
Morrowinds MGE (XE) water was really nice imo. And Skyrim's (modded) with the parallax mapping.
Not much there for water in NV.

Yeah... the Morrowind modding scene always amazes me. Despite the age of the game, it polishes up beautifully. For various reasons, better than Oblivion, IMO.
I'm not sure why there are so few water mods for FNV. Given that its modding scene is relatively active for an old game, I'm very surprised there's only, to the best of my knowledge: Charge's (though not even as a stand-alone mod), Natural Waters, and FNV Reloaded (and, I don't think you can extract the water shaders, at least not easily). I was using Natural Waters before this, and genuinely enjoyed it as it's a massive improvement over vanilla, but I found the teal colour was a shade too pronounced for my tastes.

Honest hearts is weird with the water if fyou use xlodgen (my experience), I think it's too shallow too register, so I don't use terrain LOD for that dlc.
Here's my water in the main game (also from charge's), mostly alright, sometimes there's a visible seam though:

Indeed... I remember that from my last install when I used xlodgen. This time, I haven't fussed with LODs (actually my very *least* favourite part of modding), and I'm just using the LODs that come with Natural Landscapes. Overall, that is actually enough for me.
Your game looks great, and Charge's water just fits so well. Basically, I've been trying to achieve a better 2010 look than the way FNV appeared at release...which was already dated by default, since it uses a lot of FO3 assets. Even FO3, in 2008, didn't compare well, visually, to other games that came out in the same period, ME1, for example.
