Well, it's out, as promised. Here ya go.

Among other things, blowing up the generator in the factory is now far less likely to crash your game, and the escape from the exploding mothership now actually feels like an escape from an exploding mothership. Oh, and the alien guns now have iron sights, too.

If you've only just played it recently, it's probably not worth going back through it, since it's not a total overhaul. As stated on the mod page, it's the same mod, just... better.
