Interesting and thought-provoking chapter. I'm sure class struggles go all the way back to caveman days.It seems to be interwoven into the concept of communal living. So, if we were all able to live solitarily, then we could eliminate them. If that were the case, however, as a species we would more than likely be extinct - having been eaten by big smilodons during the Ice Age (if we lasted that long).
It seems I was wrong earlier about the protagonists moral compass. They do seem to follow an ideology, although it does seem a bit like they have been indoctrinated. And, ironically, they seem to be working for one of the 'haves' for the supposed benefit of the 'have-nots'. How often have the leaders of uprisings eventually betrayed their followers when the uprising succeeded and the leaders became the new 'haves'?

    P.S. I like Tasha's outfit.

Hey this was a really good chapter, I felt like I would learn something from that guy, he seems like a cool teacher.

Training with him will be interesting for sure!

Thanks. Well, Barnabas is well-versed in the ideology and also has practical experience in resistance and insurrection.

I'll keep writing and see where this goes. Thanks. Putting that tank there was a little difficult -- my GECK skills have gone rusty.

Ok - now I am confused a bit. I still believe that Gregor is a 'no-good' , but how does someone like Barnabas matches to his plans? I will skip my comment this time, before I look like a complete idiot because of misunderstanding. Will have to wait and see.
    Nonetheless - thank you.

    Spoiler:
    Show

I had to laugh, because I think Barnabas would fit perfectly into Denzell4444's world, from his appearance.

I can understand your confusion. They're both Marxists. Gregor is just a little smoother than the fiery "boots on the ground" Barnabas.

Interesting... They have good intentions, but we all know where they are leading too often. Hope the guys will reach the goals, and I intrigued how do they do that)

We shall see how this develops. As someone fro Russia, you might have some experience. Well, actually you're probably not that old. Gosh 1989 is now 30 years ago already.

Well, I was a little girl then (born in 1983), but I clearly remember all of the bad things coming with the USSR ended.

Interesting character for sure , this Barnabas. Seems to have a lot of knowledge , and that is power in this type of world I'd say

I have a tendency to give many of my characters more knowledge than you might expect to see post apocalypse. But I figure a few people found a library or two or a stash of holotapes. But yes, Barney is well-prepared for what Gregor expects of him.

A pleasure to read. There are some striking parallels with what we're facing in the world today. Oddly enough it's something that never changes. The privileged few benefitting from the labour of those who keep them in power. "Governments should fear their people. Not the other way around." Privileged manipulators and politicians keep us divided and focused on each other instead of on them. They fear the fact that should the people decide en masse that they have had enough, their reign would come to an end. Feudalism is not dead. The lords and ladies have merely changed their titles.

Caught up on the new series, there are some interesting things going on! And it seems that something global is coming up, at the scale or Alien VS Raider war *-* Was happy to see familiar New Vegas graphics again. Interesting how the author's hand if feeled in composition and lighting here <3

Will be waiting for new episodes!

Good to hear from you. Gregor's intentions are probably global, but I'll have to be content with more isolated incidents. Casts of thousands are so hard to do. :D Thank you. I do try some other styles, but I guess I keep coming back to what looks good to me.
