I hope this is still being worked on, it would be lovely to have an at least close replica of the actual frank horrigan. I've been waiting years for this lol. Nice work and a small suggestion would be using the T51b frame, it looks more accurate in my opinion but hard to say cause frank horrigans armor was custom made.

I know its been a year and you may have not finished it. I found a frank horrigan model that AnOneTwo made. He never released the model, but has the image. Maybe you can look at this for some inspiration.

    Feedback:

    Increase height, add Enclave insignia.
Other than that I think it it's absolutely wonderful.

Sure, they were planned to be modders resources . It takes a bit to upload them because of the time required to take them to completion. I get tired working too much time with a project, so they are put aside for a time.

It Basically add's a small group of enemy npc's that are super assassin like that will constantly try and kill the player or any npc's nearby (No witnesses)
there are two versions of them a melee and a ranged type, the range type has two category a heavy sniper that uses the anti material rifle, and the gunner that uses a Marksman Carbine. the melee type is called the slasher and i made them really annoying as possible as they move really fast, while the range type gives them some cover fire. both drop some decent loot if you managed to kill them, their basically the Skulls from mgsv Link: "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ai1it5CitzY" and then there's the Golem. a towering Behemoth that would rarely appear, to ruin the player's day, it has atleast a 5k hp. and any weapon you use against it does barely any damage. and can sometimes one-shot the player to a bloody mess or send them flying to their deaths. it can wipe out an entire settlement and completely mess up the main quest or side quests if it, manages to follow you. into one. did i mention i will be giving him a Missile Launcher and 50mg Minigun. i had to remove him for now since he is crashing the game.

now here's the problem. i already had them placed in an interior area, and made adjustments to their ai packages so that they will wander the wastes searching for the player, but unfortunately i tried waiting for them and nope they do not spawn at all.

any way i'll send you the esp. plugin file. since this mod only uses vanilla assets.

I don't want to sound rude, but the helmet size & shape, plus his stance makes him look like an Anthropomorphic frog.

Excellent!!! Now he looks like the original Frank Horrigan.
Now all we need is the glowing red eyes for the helm & a mild greenish tint to this grey armor set.

Is this going to be a mod, like a companion or boss enemy mod?

He is planned to be a modders resource, so it will be up to anyone who download him to decide if he will be an enemy or a companion.

@antlogacarla I used a program called Blender, that allows you to manipulate and modify the resources the game has (creatures, armors, bodies, and so on). Basically I imported a Supermutant Body and the Power Armor. I started to massage the mesh of the armor around the Supermutant Body in order to adjust it to it. That's the same procedure you use with other creatures or humans. I suggest you to learn how to use Blender. Here's a Training Manual I started with: Fallout3 Training Manual on Blender GIMP NifSkope and GECK

    A few ideas:
    - Replace the T-45d torso & legs with either T-51b or Remnants armor pieces.
    - A slightly darker grey metal texture, to make him look scarier.
    - Glowing eyes from this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/36972
    - An Enclave Flag on the shoulder, rather than a US Flag.

Love the design so far. Can't wait to see the finished product!
