Just the right amount of darkness for my taste. Looks like a very calm and placid night (:

I think "atmospheric" might be a good word to describe it. :)
It may be dark but it usually is out there.

Heh heh - very nicely worded Thank you Etholas I live in the countryside myself. So I know about being able to see the night sky with no major light sources around

Looks great. The bright thingies are bright and the dark thingies are dark. (btw we're headed to Freeside for Hallowe'en. probably see a few thousand Elvises.)

Yes. I'm not using any fancy stuff here. Just Nevada Skies. But it works well. Freeside for Halloween - huh? That ought to be fun. We don't care much for Halloween (though a lot of people in Denmark love it) But celebrating it in Freeside would make for quite a show. Thank you Laird - and have fun

I´m glad, your game is running again ... this pic seems a bit dark, but ... it´s a night pic

Well - nights are supposed to be dark - aren't they........ I played with dark nights in FO4 too. All good. Until I found myself in unknown terrain when the night set in. I only knew that somewhere was a high drop. And enemies around so I could not even fast travel out of there. Got a bit too realistic right there Thank you for dropping in Heike

Did I miss something? Your game wasn't running? Well, I'm glad it is now. Very nice night shots. In r/l without ambient lighting, it would be pretty doggone dark out there.

Edit: Okay, doing a bit of catch-up and just got to the set describing the issues.

You've got the picture now Pat - even though it's an awful dark one Still - I do love the night skies, even in-game. But they're a pain to depict

Low light images can be a pain, sometimes textures look very rough especially skin ones.
