The only suggestion I have is to change those cigarettes for Med-X syringes, Jet inhalers, and/or other chems.
In the other 2 sketches she gets to have some chems.
While Bethesda is great at world building, they quite often mess up when it comes to practical realism and have a proven track record for contradicting themselves or the established canon/lore. In the same game where a ghoul kid was trapped in a fridge for over 200 years and would have starved to death, there's a ghoul farming community growing mutated cranberries in a swimming pool so saying that ghouls don't need to eat, which is also contradicted by Harland in New Vegas at Repcon eating radroaches... Don't get me started. What I'm trying to say is that I think NOT giving her a special, technologically fantastic chair was the right decision.
Perhaps Alistair Tenpenny should get the chair. He doesn't need it yet, but is a luxury he can afford, just for fun. Doesn't he own the most luxurius place in the Capital Wasteland?. He lives in the last floor of a very big hotel and is heavily guarded. Another candidate?. Tiaret Van Graff, the matriarch and head of the Van Graff family. Maybe Cook Cook or Motor runner's grannie/mama?. I mean, either she is a very ill or very domineering lady that happens to be related to a Rich/powerful character, who loves/fears her a great deal.
Anyways, I wish there would have been some way to get this chair to be seen in the game, no matter who gets to own it. And of course, that would have been achivable for the player.
In the first case there's always a detail that needs to be polished : some clipping, a hand of paint here, a missing item there, a collission mesh that needs some touch. I normally try to get the assets as closer as possible to completion, but after a while I get tired working with the same asset, so I switch temporarily to another project. I mod for fun , so when I start to get bored or seduced with another idea, sometimes I put one project in stand-by to try another one. That way I get to enjoy with the other project, while I figure out how to finish the first one. In fact, it took a lot of time to take the project FLVJOD-Freeside to a stage where, even not finished yet, was good enough to be shared. And it got posted, same as other projects.
Pd. At first was rigged to a Mr. Handy, but weird things happened because it needs a custom skeleton.
