That's the one thing i want with new vegas is a combination of tweaks to make the female faces look like this!
Curious about how you went about it
As for how i did it, well it took a bit of tinkering and magic
The race for the head is called Watkins, that i modified a little and its from the Brotherhood Reforged overhaul, that on its own does not have eyes or hair so i also got Drag's Races mod and took the "Ellie eyes and hair" equipable item as well as "Trishka eyes" equipable item, after which i changed the hair texture a little using photoshop, and as for the face i also edited the texture and added the scars using photoshop , I am still experimenting on whether or not the scars are visible enough but yeah it was "hard" but not that hard :)
