Added leeway for a WMX version, no plugin dependency required, just textures. Unlike my last mod, the WMX mods will not have custom textures, if requested enough, I will try to work on that. Another thing, added the symbols of F and S on the side. Also fixed a little of the warping near some areas. I already have the weapon's root textures set up, now all I need is for suggestions to come in before the release. A 4k version will not come out, the detail difference is too low for anything to be quite noticeable for NV, plus optimization is usually wanted with a majority.

(P.S.) Thanks to DarthFANt0M for pointing out on the last texture for the missing F and S notation letters.
