   I really hope the textures will be made in accordance with the Fallout 3 and New Vegas's pipboy looks rather than the Fallout 4 "Clean toy" look. But I'd be glad to play with an implement that looks the part and gives visual standing to the original idea.

      No. This is will be a part of our project and and stand-alone mod here on Nexus for Fallout New Vegas and TTW.
