    Just a random note i wanted to add to this pic, hopefully in my future screen shots i can figure out how to make Phoebe do different facial expressions. With other games like Skyrim or Fallout 4 I simply used mods to change it but the only one I could find so far for New Vegas (F.E.E.L) doesnt work for me. If anyone has any suggestions for mods or ways to do it, please let me know.
