   Thank you very much for making this, I love the idea! I never liked the fact that Primm had no changes or reactions after I saved the town. Didn't even look much as a town for that matter, with people leaving in it.

   This looks great! If you're planning on having voice acting in your mod, I suggest going on https://www.castingcall.club/homepage to look for voice actors. There are a lot of great voice actors willing to do work for free!

      I used that ages ago at one point during the project but I got busy with other things and the call eventually expired. There are some NPCs with complete voice acting (A few of them featured in the screenshots) although I'll need to start a new one in order to voice the remaining NPCs.
