   Always enjoyed shooting enemies in the eyes and groin in Fallout 1 and 2. Would be awesome to have these things back in New Vegas If I remember correctly you can't even target an enemy's weapon in Fallout 4

   Really interested if you are capable of pulling out eyes/crotch targeting in VATS, more so if capable to be done for the player as well.

      Nope, 7 body parts per actor is the limit.
      And for NPCs it's not gonna happen. Way too many armors to cover and making NPCs frenzy (which is the only condition available), doesn't make sense.

      That's a shame, but I am more than happy with what you have produced out, so no big losses.
      Justifying NPCs going frenzy would be from the lack of eyesight, so they would attack anybody at all where they would hear people being at.

      Making NPC frenzy will also mean that your companions and allias can become hostile towards you.
      As for player having their eyes crippled, that probably won't have any effect and you won't be able to heal it via Pipboy.

   this would be awesome dude! the glory of shooting people in the groin & eyes can make a different in battle, shooting people eyes with critical hit will make the less accuracy with gun.
