General Oliver:President Kimball sir,I didn't see you arrive

Kimball:Correct,what intel do we have on their army

General Oliver:Not much,we know their averege Marine is issued with 5.56mm Fully Automatic Assault Rifle,a Combat Helmet and a uniform with Body Armor,our Service Rifles do have the ability to penetrate their armor.They also posses several field officers who posses a light uniform and unknown energy pistol and a special force group called the Thunderfist,they posses as of yet unknown armor and energy weapons.We do not know their exact numbers but its a smaller army then ours.Every TSC Marine is precious to them as they have a lot of territory to protect and if they move too much soldiers to the Mojave they could risk losing that land.They also posses an Aviation assets consisting of Vertibird and unknown craft.We belive our AA turret at Hoover Dam can destroy them.We do not have any intel of them having any Mechanised Division so that is one of our main advantages.

Kimball:What is the state of our forces in the Mojave

General Oliver:I got 1 battalion attached to Hsu,1 battalion attacked to Moore,3 battalions assinged to Royes and several platoons attacked to Major Polati.I also got several Mechanised Division assets and Vertibirds at Long 15.Senate doesn't approve more

Kimball:Of course they don't,I tried my best but they fear for their states,they want them protected

Kimball:Are we ready?

General Oliver:Yes sir,our radio companies are ready,as soon as I give the word we execute the plan

Kimball:Also one more thing,it seems rumors of an NCR-TSC war are spreading trought the army,one Trooper greeted me by saying "We will wipe the TSC menace from the Mojave"

Oliver:What about it stopped

Kimball:I want you to try to stop them the best you can,at least for not.This plan is a hypothetical scenario,not a declaration of war.I got the Hall of Congress is scared,but I don't want to start a war with the TSC,we stand to gain nothing,but so do they.I have Crocker working day and night trying to maintail the fragile peace.
