Prelude:As many of you are aware ajax109 has made put several images and text regarding NCR-TSC war,and I see it has become an topic of interest
within TSC fanbase.I have become something of an unofficial NCR
spokesman so I decided to put an NCR preparations,you think NCR simply
watches

General Oliver:At Ease gentlemen,you're likely aware of the new faction Terran Starship Command,or TSC.We managed to maintain an
uneasy peace but our intel suggests that there are elements inside TSC
wishing a war.I have called this meeting so we can prepare against a
potential war,freedom of the NCR is at stake,even California isn't safe.

General Oliver:Colonel Hsu,I have decided to abandon McCarran and nearby
outposts,you will relocate your forces to the Hoover Dam and the Mojave
Outpost.I expect you will do your best to defend them
 
Colonel Hsu:YES SIR,no TSC boot will set foot on California as long as I'm alive

General Oliver:Colonel Moore,I want you to beef up defences at Hoover Dam,the
Pre War AA turret allows us to fend off TSC aviation assets.Coordinate
with Colonel Hsu and make sure no tunnel is undefended.We belive TSC
commandoes will attempt to sabotage it,I want you to protect it no
matter what,if you don't I'll make sure you never command anything more
then a squad

Colonel Moore:Yes Sir

General Oliver:Chiel Hanlon,I want your Rangers to assist the Troopers,their experience can
help us turn the tide against the techological superiority of the TSC.I
also want your Veteran Rangers to be prepared for behind the lines
sabotage and assasinations,use night as cover.Also I want your Rangers
to inflitrate TSC as much as possible,scientists,politicians,soldiers
etc etc.

Hanlon:I understand,I know we haven't seen eye to eye,but I'm aware of the stakes here

General Oliver:Colonel Royes,Long 15 and the Mojave Outpost are all that stand
between here and Shady Sands,protect them at any costs.Senate has
approved to sent several Vertibird units and parts of the Mechanised
Divison.I will also send several new battalions to you.Use the high
ground,we hope to prevent their Aviation assets by the AA turret at
Hoover Dam

Royes:Roger that sir,you know I don't fail

General Oliver:Major Polati,your forces will be in reserve,I want you to
support our armies as necessary,but don't get destroyed by the TSC,we
don't know what forces they truly commit.

Major Polati:Yes Sir

General Oliver:Lt Gorobets,I want your First Recon to coordinate with Veteran
Rangers,I also want several of your squads to scan for snipers at the
hills of Mojave Outpost and Hoover Dam.

Gorobets:As you wish

General Oliver:Last but not least,Lt Boyd,we belive TSC has already infiltrated
our units,get your MPs and root them out,keep the knowlegde to the
minimum,take nothing more then less of an dozen MPs

Boyd:My MPs are the best,don't worry

General Oliver:I won't lie to you,our chances are small.Their army is
experienced and loyal,almost fanatical,unlike the conscripts we have.

Colonel Hsu:*under his breath*Not to mention you're leading our forces

General Oliver:What was that Colonel

Colonel Hsu:Don't worry sir,our Troopers know that their families are at stake,they won't yeild easly.

General Oliver:However the freedom depend on us,do you want Californians to be
ruled by a far away "Supreme Commander",huh,a dictator more like,is that
the destiny of the NCR?

All:NO

General Oliver:When the NCR-Brotherhood war started,many tought that the NCR would fall at the hands of a superior faction,NCR had losses after losses in the begginging,however the strenght of the patriots has risen and the BoS was defeated and sent back to their bunkers,living their lifes wondering when will the NCR knock on their door.Gentelmen,same will happen here,TSC is not the first,and not the last to underestimate the Bear,however in case of the war they will learn their lesson,they WILL learn how far the claws of the Bear can reach

General Oliver:We will fight them,and every inch they gain will come at a heavy price.I trust you will do your best.DISMISSED
