SO it has been ahile Since I made this mod and to be honest I have forgotten where many of the Pick-ups are, but I will list what I can remember here, feel free to list any you find I forgot in the comments and I'll add it here.

There is a few starter items in the good springs gas station, a bed roll and such.
There is also a cheat box containing everything in Doc Mitchells Kitchen
