Extends the Character Party Bar on the right side of the screen to fill a 1920 x 1080 screen, instead of scrolling like it normally would. This gives me enough room for my Main Character and 10 followers/summons/animal companions/familiars without scrolling.
If you're using Tchos HD UI panels and dialogue compilation and expansion, skip this as it already has this functionality.
