This will be a "see how it goes" mod. My last mod (NWN2 Facelift Pack) was very ambitious and I ended up getting burned out, big time. This time around I plan to take it slow and do smaller, incremental releases. 

Same premise as before, create better quality head models for the game. I won't promise to redo all the heads in the game but I will keep going as long as I am motivated. 

Progress so far:

6 human female heads, both replacing and non-replacing versions
3 human female hairs fully rigged and tintable, including hair movement
6 Half Orc male heads
7 Half Orc female heads
3 Gray Orc male heads
3 Gray Orc female heads
All female Orc armor models tweaked to match new heads, both Gray and Half Orcs
All female Orc hair models tweaked to match new heads, both Gray and Half Orcs
4 new hair models for Orc females, hairs 1, 2, 3 and 18
5 NPC replacements - Khelgar, Shandra Jerro, Casavir, Qara and Bevil
4 human child heads and models that replace the terrible original ones


Please note:

Qara will only work with her new robes, height and tint colors if a new game is made. The head and hair will work in existing saves but her new appearance attributes will only work with a newly made character. This is beyond my control and has to do with the game writing these values permanently to your save on character creation. My robe, height and tint override will not work on pre-existing saves.
