    To Install:
Unpack contents into the folder located at My Documents\Neverwinter Nights 2\Override

I don't recommend using the full resolution textures as the game is limited to only 2 GB

I just want to thank you for creating this and I hope that you get a chance to perform this for Baldur's Gate Reloaded 1 and BG 2 Reloaded when it gets release in the Fall of 2023

Can you elaborate a bit more please?  Do they need to be uncompressed or can the game still read them from the compressed file?  Do they need to be left in their folders or taken out and put directly in the Override folder?

Ive tried decompressing them.  Ive tried them in their folders and taken them out and put them directly in the overrides folder.  I took before and after screenshots to compare each time and there is no difference [Edit - Meaning I cant see any difference in the textures].

      Cheers.

Fantastic work!  Hopefully you will work on Baldurs Gate reloaded 1 and 2 as well and we will finally have proper modern remakes of all the classic bioware games!

I tried BG Reloaded at one time and sadly, they tried to recreate thease games as they where as nostalgic remakes tend to do. However doing that tend to also recreate limitations of the old game and create incompatibilities. Personally I am more for a modern rebirth approch to thease things.

Thanks for the wonderful mod. Could you also do the same for "Always summer clothing or armor replacement mod for NWN2 as well? or make it compatitble for the neck seams issues on other body replacing mods.

The always Summer and the "sexy OC" mods are VERY cumbersome to download and install all pieces for. The kind of things that could make use of the new collection feature. They could also use an overhaul to literaty take out the trash outfits and throw in some new once created since thease mods release. I am all for that. One download and everyone are in their summer gear.

can someone please explain how to make this work? i've tried unpacking the files into override folder but it doesnt do anything. 2nd thing i tried was copying the unpacked files into textures folders, still no difference. Pretty wierd that all the game folders appear to be empty. Everything about this process seems easy at first glance but somehow I am unable to figure it out.
    Much obliged,

Personally I didn't notice any improvements from using 2X textures. On the contrary they sometimes caused loading savegames to fail, which is very frustrating and so I decided to stop using them.

I like landscape textures from Enhanced Landscapes Preview file a lot though - noticeably more detailed and realistic than original textures.
