The Only permissions granted was to make the Hak file available, and used in the Campaign Umbral Abyss, as on the Neverwintervault site. I am not the author, and any permissions needed should be directed to the author.

File credits
This hak file is not mine and all credits go to the creator of it Schazzwozzer, with the assumption that with it being publicly available on the vault, it would also be allowed on this site as well. It is required by Umbral Abyss Campaign, so it's obvious the creator meant for it to be used there, and should be available to the campaign.
This hak file was provided to me by a user of the Nexus forums, https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/user/2950499-rjshae/ who got it from the Neverwintervault site, which is unreachable to many areas of the United States. All credits go to Schazzwozzer, and it is only uploaded here to make the Umbral Abyss Campaign Playable, as was obviously intended.
