INTRODUCTION
This hak was created for Eye of the Beholder by Rick Francis (Dark). It adds a handful of Kenku NPC appearances, plus portraits and wing models, based on the 2nd edition Monstrous Manual.

Kenku are a Neutral/Chaotic aligned avian race found in Forgotten Realms. While they're not evil by any count, they do take great pleasure in waylaying the more civilised races with pranks and general trickery.

When faced with a trick gone ugly, they'd sooner flee than fight. Generally Kenku reside to mountain caves where they live away from being discovered in a form of clan society, and can't usually speak common - not that they lack the intelligence, they're similar if not slightly greater than a human intelligence wise; rather they can't simply can't form words due to their shape.

INSTALLATION
Installing the standard Hakpack, or CEP Hakpack.

Step 1:
Copy "kenku.hak" and "kenku_cep.hak" into the "...NeverwinterNights/Hak/" folder (Basiclly the folder called "Hak" inside your NWN directory.).

Step 2:
Load the module you want to add the hak to into the toolset. Click "Module Properties" from the menu, and click the Custom Content tab.

Step 3:
Click the dropdown box, and find either "kenku" or if you're using the CEP, choose "kenku_cep" instead, click the corresponding hak, and choose "add". Click the hak in the list if there are multiple haks, and move it to the top of the list.

Step 4:
The new parts are now listed under "appearance" in the appearance editor.

HISTORY
10/3/05:
- Removed "huge" image types to save memory
- Fixed portraits so they actually work

I can also be caught occasionally on the CODI IRC chatroom (City of Doors Initiative), although due to the fact I have no phone line I'm rarely seen playing on NWN for the time being.

[Warning, Blatant Advert]
I should probably point out I'm currently not in any position of employment, if you're looking for budding 3D modelers to fill a place on a professional
design team I'd be more than happy to hear whats on offer ^_^
