Torch of Erodan
This mod was originally created for Schtone.
It adds a few torches that have a maximum burn time of 2,147,483,647 seconds (maximum positive value of an signed 32 bit integer). There are also torches whose light reaches double of that of a default torch.
A shady merchant is available at the Tirin Abbey next to Erodan's Chapel at the docks, who will sell you torches for (really) little to nothing.
Make sure to pick the Erodan Torch mod from the files tab to get the the english version. The default download will lead you to the german version.

You can also install version 1.2.0 to get better compatibility since it doesn't change the game world:

Since you're cheating anyway, open up the console and wait a few seconds. A new quest should start that instructs you how to acquire the desired torch.
You're basically just setting the stage of the quest to trigger different quest rewards. Here're the stages:

Diese Mod wurde ursprünglich für Schtone erstellt.
Es fügt ein paar Fackeln hinzu, die für 2.147.483.647 Sekunden (maximale positive Nummer eines Signed 32 Bit Integer) brennen. Zusätzlich leuchten einige doppelt so weit wie eine Standardfackel.
Ein zwielichtiger Händler ist an der Abtei Tirin neben Erodans Kapelle am Dock anzutreffen und verkauft dir die Fackeln für (wirklich) kleines Geld.
Klicke auf dieses Bild wenn du immer noch Problem haben solltest den Händler zu finden:

Du kannst auch die Version 1.2.0 benutzen um eine bessere Kompatibiltät zu erreichen, da diese die Spielwelt nicht verändert:

Da du sowieso schon cheatest, öffne die Console und warte ein paar Sekunden. Eine neue Quest sollte starten, die Dir mehr Informationen gibt, wie Du Deine gewünschte Fackel bekommst.
An sich setzt Du einfach nur die Stage der Quest um die entsprechende Quest-Belohnung zu bekommen. Hier sind die Stages:
