About this mod
Deactivates pursuit on sight
So you can cruise about in the overworld even though you have a 5 star heat level
Just don't crash into any cops since that will start a pursuit if the car doesn't get destroyed

since that version was out of date I created this one for Vol.9
(hopefully the next update doesn't break it)
The sound of them seeing you and their voicelines will still be playing though
