This mod brings 4k resolution decals to Need for Speed Payback. During testing, I saw no visible difference between 4k and 8k so for now, this will be the only version on this mod unless people really want 8k.
NOTE: This mod can cause some heavy frame dips when trying to load in the decals in the garage. Give it some time and be patient
