Changes the Morhoshi neons
Requires Ultimate Patch or another mod to get neons
1. Get Frosty Mod Manager
2. Place Packs files .fbmod and .archive into the mods folder of the Mod Manager
3. Open mod manager (as administrator) and select payback exe (if first time use)
4. Select Ultimate Customization mod and click apply at the bottom of the window
5. Press launch near the top of the window and enjoy
