The Payback Pack Need for Speed Payback Overhaul Mod
Total rework. New visuals. Better gameplay. Please read before installing!

Key Features: Bikes Added Ride 3 new bikes around Fortune Valley
Visual Upgrade: Enhanced lighting, shadows, and textures
Realistic Crashes Increased vehicle damage for more intense collisions
Rebalanced Progression: Earn REP and cash through skill, not grind
Card/Wheelspin System Removed: Customize with freedom, not RNG
Derelict Overhaul: Sell derelicts for massive cash (they’re gone for good after that!)
Event Freedom: Race with any character in any event (Jess in drag, Tyler in dirt—your choice)
Random Plates: No more “PAYBACK” clone tags; cars get varied license plates
Freecam Enabled: Explore freely in photo mode, go anywhere, not just near the car
Police Encounters in Any Event: Cops might now crash your party during races, drifts, or off-road events—injecting unpredictability and tension into every mode.
Cop and The House Overhaul: Expect more vehicle variety and a reworked escape system, which could finally make police chases feel less scripted and more dynamic.
Helicopter in chases: The police helicopter can now chase you
Mute free roam voice lines: for repetitive free roam chatter
Wet roads: You can now have wet roads
And the mod is cut up into lots of different fbmods, so you can turn off anything you want. And you get the fbprojects with the download so you can also just edit my mod!

Installation Instructions
To ensure full functionality, follow these steps carefully:
1. Remove all DLCs except car DLCs
2. Do a fresh install of the game
- Fully uninstall NFS Payback
- Download a clean copy
3. Use a fresh Frosty Mod Manager
4. Remove your savegame
- Open EA App
- Put your PC into offline mode
- Make a backup savegame
- Remove your savegame
- Start NFS Payback still with your PC offline
- Then go back online when you're fully in game
Skipping these steps may result in game crashes or mod failure. Do it right the first time!
