Makes Crown Victoria 399 and unlocks some customization
You can now purchase the car from Dealership (the icon will show a locked symbol, just ignore it and purchase it)
Visual customization is now usable, you can change front bumpers, rims and roof
wrap customization is limited to windows (but still shows other sections, decals do not show up on those sections)
This mod does not work with cpy/cracked versions
