I cobbled this table together scouring the internet; it autodetects the game and enables anything with "Automatic" in the title. (Automatic Enable) Only thing that I think could be added aside from more options, is detecting when the process isn't active anymore, disabling the codes, and then re-enabling them when it finds it again. Or just close with the process. 
version 1.1 now closes with the game.

Use a batch file like this to load the cheat table with the game:

"Old" Speedbreaker code causes disappearing wheels bug even with NFS Extra Options (DisappearingWheelsFix=1) kept it just in case anyone wants that bug to happen. Both Nitrous codes work the same but are different.
