Please Note, I have not been able to test this as I don't have a save for this mission and heat doesn't let us replay missions.
This should fix issues with this mission by changing Shaw's health from racer (which is infinite) to police which is vanilla.

Mod Manager version.
This will override Unite's Health mods if used.
Just have it after Unite in load order.

Place this mod after Project Unite in Applied mods list.
