I do not endorse the usage of this mod in online mode against other players, it's designed specifically for people like me, who play NFS heat exclusively in solo mode against bots. I don't even know if this works online, and I'm not going to test it.

Update 0.9: Killswitch Jammer & Balance pass (Thanks AntiLoser!)
  • Slightly nerfed the Tier 1 repair kit to 45% health instead of 50% health, but lowered its cooldown to match.
  • Decreased the effectiveness of Radar Disruptors from 3x their vanilla values to 2.5x their vanilla values.
  • Increased multiplier for damage increase items from 1.5x / 2.0x to 2.0x / 3.0x
  • Added a buff for the Killswitch Jammer! Courtesy of AntiLoser. The Killswitch Jammer has a cooldown of 10s down from 30s, a doubled range, and a duration of 8s, up from 3s. Makes you effectively immune to Killswitches, however I think this is justified by the fact that if you're using the Killswitch Jammer, you're not using Nos Refills or Repair Kits.


Description
I hate the Auxiliaries in NFS heat, all the interesting passive ones have effects so small you can't tell they're even on, and having to constantly go back to a garage to restore active auxiliaries is a pain in the ass. So I buffed all of them (except for the nos-restoring passives since I can't figure out how to edit those) into more noticeable perks that actually help you out at 400+ races or high heat levels. I did my best not to make this a cheat mod, but if you think it's overpowered you can edit this mod however you want with the included .fbproject file.



Active Auxiliaries: Repair kits and Nos refills have infinite charges, but lengthened cooldowns. Numbers were equalized so that tier 1 provides effectively the same benefit as tier 2, with the difference being how often you want to use the auxiliary.

  • Killswitch Jammer now has doubled range, lasts for 8 seconds, and has a 10 second cooldown.
  • Tier 1 repair kit restores 45% health and has a 58 second cooldown.
  • Tier 2 repair kit restores all health and has a 2 minute cooldown.
  • Tier 1 Nos refill restores half of all your NoS and has a 30 second cooldown.
  • Tier 2 Nos refill restores all your Nos and has a 1 minute cooldown.

All Nos passives massively buffed so you can actually feel them now. Nos power buffed more to provide a reason to use it with refills, instead of duration always being better.

  • Tier 1 Nos duration boosts Nos capacity by 25%
  • Tier 2 Nos duration boosts Nos capacity by 50%
  • Tier 1 Nos power boosts Nos strength by 33%
  • Tier 2 Nos power boost Nos strength by 66%
  • Nos Extra Mix boosts Nos strength by 33% and duration by 25%

  • Radar disruptor effectiveness increased to 2.5x their vanilla values for both tiers. You are not invisible but you can actually hide with radar disrupters now.

  • Tier 1 damage increase now gives you a 2x damage multiplier to cops
  • Tier 2 damage increase gives you a 3x damage multiplier to cops

  • Tier 1 health increase gives you 33% damage reduction
  • Tier 2 health increase gives you 66% damage reduction

  • Tier 1 reinflating tires slightly buffed (+40% recovery speed > +50% recovery speed)
  • Tier 2 reinflating tires now activates almost instantly (+99% recovery speed)

Note: If it were possible, I would combine all the Nos-gaining passives (drift, oncoming, jump, etc) into one Auxiliary to make it actually worth using, however I don't think this is something I can do. If someone knows how to do it, please let me know on Discord at Liliana#7777.
