This is my personal file I've made to use in game and i thought id share it since its the one I've spent the most time working on.
2300hp as a base, capable of over 3200hp
Modified gearbox and final drive (290mph+ before shifting into 6th)
Added brake force and grip
Weight reduction down to 1000kg
Redline increased to 9000rpm
Flywheel mass reduced
Tire width increased from 235>255 Front and 315>355 Rear (Barely noticeable visually but it helps keep the car planted)
Modified downforce a bit to keep it stable over 200mph
There may be a few other small things but that's the bulk of it. VERY easy to drive!
