Disables Busting,
The busting meter will never appear on HUD and cops will not arrest you. However, getting totaled while in pursuit will result in you getting arrested, no way around this except by using a health mod too.
Note this will not work with cracked versions. Frosty Editor/Mod Manager does not support cracked versions.
