Replaces default R34 lights with new LED texture
Installation:
1. Download Frosty Mod Manager 1.0.4.3 and unpack it to any new folder
2. Run FrostyModManager.exe as admin
3. Choose your Need For Speed executable (NFS16.exe)
4. Press Import Mod(s) and choose my mod
5. Press Apply Mod(s)
6. Press Launch (on top in the middle)
7. FMM will ask to make a ModData folder path, press OK
8. If everything is okay, the game will launch with my mod, enjoy.
