Installation:
1. Download Frosty Mod Manager 1.0.5.2 or higher (i'll put it to optional files if you don't have it) and unpack it to any new folder
2. Run FrostyModManager.exe as admin
3. Choose your Need For Speed executable (NFS16.exe)
4. Press Import Mod(s) and choose my mod
5. Press Apply Mod(s)
6. Press Launch (top middle)
7. FMM will ask to make a ModData folder path, press OK
8. If everything is okay, the game will launch with my mod, enjoy.

THIS MOD IS CLIENT SIDED, THIS MEANS ONLY THOSE WHO USE THIS MOD WILL SEE THE CHANGES

Known bugs:
Some wheels can act funny when you switch cars (return to their normal size), to fix this just change wheels size one tick smaller.
