Why hello there Adventurer! I'm glad my message has been able to reach you successfully. My name is Zeke, creator of all things strange yet throwable!
I know you're probably wondering, 'Why has the great and mystical Zeke sent for my attention?' Well it just so happens that my apprentice has managed to sneak in my new wares past Brazen's all seeing eye, so I'm here to spread the good news to you! You should start to see a few new recipies and throwables around, such as:

Here is The Necropolis Mod Installation Guide.
You must have Partiality and Abraxis Toolset installed for this mod to work.
Installation: Until further notice, installing this mod requires dropping the downloaded folder containing the CSV file into the mods folder created by Partiality which is typically located here: (Windows) C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Necropolis
If it's not in the above location it should be wherever you have Necropolis installed.
Note on multiplayer compatibility:
Using this mod in multiplayer necessitates all players in the session having this mod installed. If any other players don't have Zeke's New Throwables installed, lets just say you will probably have some lag, things will be invisible and shake vigorously (as Sword put it, "like a Shake Weight"), and you will have a very bad time.
