With the recent arrival of Hagoromo and Isshiki Otsutsuki, many people have questioned why Hagoromo does not use the Susano, which is why it seems to me that Hagoromo needs a second version based on this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/narutoxborutoultimateninjastormconnections/mods/210/

The idea it is to make a young Hagoromo with the Rinnegan eyes and shorter beard as a separate character like a mod with his own jutsus and awakening the sky-blue Susanoo with a Susanoo similar to Kakashi's but being a combination of Kakashi's Susanoo and Indra's Susanoo.

The jutsus used by young Hagoromo would be (Divine Thunder and Planetary Devastation).
Also with his normal combos and the Ultimate (Divine Lightning Strike).

Awakening jutsus would be (Lightning Style: Lightning Flash and Yasaka Beads).
