   For anyone who can't get this to work in data_win32 folder make a folder called spc and put the xfbin files in it don't ask me how this fixes it i have no idea

   The Hokage Cloak of Naruto says "4th Hokage" instead of 7th

      Its supposed to say 4th because he borrows the 4ths cloak in that dimension

   Seems like I can't use this mod?? Specially Menma. How will I activate the mod?? I already created data_win32 and put the files there

      Hey I downloaded the hinata one from Storm 3 and it worked somewhat on Storm 4. It replaced her original skin, but if you replace the character file with the menma one, it should work. I am not sure though; this is just a theory.

   so i did as the read me told me but i still can't get it to work. does it need to be placed in the Win64 folder?

      lets not forget menma doesnt use rasengan
