A simple mod which changes PTS Naruto into PTS Menma.
This uses narante's (or ortona92's) bijudama rasengan, to change the colour of the rasengan to a dark purple, to make it look more like the rasen ring (Menma's rasengan)

*note this is not required and that the rasengan texture is packaged with the mod, you just need to install it like you would the PTS Menma files.
To install you will need to:
-Download texmod from google.
-Open texmod and add target application NS3FB.exe.
-Click on the folder above the red X button and add my file. Then click the folder button again and add the bijudama rasengan by narante.
-Click run.
