*Please note, for the furnished version the "Far East Furniture Pack", "Cute Critter Furniture Pack", & "Interior Decorator Pack" DLC is used.
*I use mods that allow me to place furniture in cramped places and mods that allow me to put Machines inside the home. I'm unsure if Machines will spawn in when building the home.

- All my builds are done on land expansion size 9, but may fit on smaller property.
- House is roughly 70k gols.

HOW-TO-INSTALL
==================================
0. Download the house and extract the .bp2 file somewhere that is easily accessible (I.E. Desktop)
1. Start up Sandrock and load the game.
2. In-game, head to Construction Junction OR open the editing tool via Home Editing Toolkit.
3. Select the Showroom Manual.
4. Scroll until you reach the 'Import' page.
5. Select Import and, once prompted, select the .bp2 file to import the home into your game.
6. From there, select build & place the home as desired.
