Still works, but causes issues if you go overboard with far too many fish. I currently have 15 of the largest tanks, 16 king fish each. At some point in my playthrough (usually just once since running the game) I get a freeze for a couple of seconds. The more fish I have, the longer the freeze. If these tanks breed to 24 in each tank, the next freeze becomes a crash. The log file suggests it's related to this mod and recalculating hunger.
I don't think my use case is a realistic one, I also recently dumped 2k bugs into most of the tanks as fish food as I have the unlimited civil corps deliveries mod to let me order enough food for that many fish tanks. Not completely sure if it is the number of fish or the huge amount of food in the tanks that causes it.
In any case, I didn't start having issues until like mid spring year 2. The game usually loses stability around that time anyway. Can't play without this mod as the hunger mechanic ingame is really badly implemented so you can end up wasting a lot of food and still have fish going hungry frequently.
If you have this mod and the game crashes, I think if you create a txt file for your language and start it, it will stop crashing. In my case, it started fine.
This mod is excellent! It works perfectly on the 7 small tanks and 1 large tank in my house. Thank you SO much for making this because I kept getting some of my tanks out of schedule. I prefer that the babies are all born the same day to make life simpler. Thanks:)

I just started using this mod, and it works great for me! I had three fish displays (with fish) inside my house. I moved the displays to my yard, took fish out of the tanks, put fish into the tanks, went in and out of my house, saved/slept, quit, reloaded, and left the house again. I did not experience any game crashes! I was afraid to use this mod due to the reported issues, but I can't reproduce them! (The mod hasn't updated since those issues were reported, but the game probably has.)
I love having easy viewing of how many fish are in the tank, how hungry the fish are, and when the fish will breed next! I'm trying to get into fish breeding, and this makes it much nicer!
