Download and install the latest version of Reshade. Add the .ini file to wherever you have it set to store your reshade presets (default is game folder).

There are some other great reshade presets here, but none as over-the-top as I wanted, color-wise, so here we are! I use this for gameplay, with all game settings on ultra/highest, and do not experience any lag. I tried to keep it as light as possible - it uses only 4 settings. It also smooths out some of the edges a tiny bit (barely noticeable, but they were bugging me when playing vanilla). Made with Reshade 4.2.1 (the currently latest version here).
