i hope someone could fix this issue by looking at my save.

it all began after saving at teimo's toilet after i stole his slot machine. the racing exhaust just falls off but when i put it back in it's already bolted but when i reload the game it falls off again. I do wanna mention the fact that only the racing exhaust has this issue, not the stock one. I've also uninstalled MOP but that doesnt seem to fix it. idk if it's a game bug or not but i hope someone here could find a solution to it. all save files and mods are included in the zip file.
