Change the look of default hayosiko vanilla wheels for a more rally style steelies.(and NPC cars maybe? Haven't found one yet)

Sorry to add yet another texture mod to the site, but is the best i'm able to do as far as modding goes.
Replaces the steelies with a different look.
Since i started playing MSC, i always hated the "cheap round hole oem" looks of the original wheels. Today i got fed up and decided to do something about it, so there you have it. 6 cut rally style steelies and plastic bearing cap covers. Not everyone style, but fits mine.

UPDATE: So far i still haven't found what other NPC cars that use the same texture (Polsa/Svoboda untouched). So it's a specific Hayo wheel texture until proven otherwise.
If you find one, let me know.
PS: 6 cut steelies are generally called Police/Taxi Mopar wheels. The real Chevy Rally ones are 5 cuts. Just a car nerd detail if you are so inclined to know.
