Will add a hydraulic handbrake for satsuma
you must have the Handbrake button set in the settings to yank it.
you can find the tank and the hydraulic handbrake outside the pub.
The reservoir is placed near the wires under the hood, and the hydraulic handbrake is placed near the passenger seat
if the tank is not attached, the handbrake won't work.
The handbrake is secured by 4 bolts, which are screwed on with a 7 mm wrench.
there is a texture in the mod's assets, if you want, you can edit it.
