Allows you to bass boost and tune your CD Player, also adds some new sounds for all cars!

New effects and sounds:
-When in a car during rain, a new sound will play so it sounds like you are actually in a car whilst it's raining
-The Satsuma cd player now has an effect where if you go far away you can only hear the bass (but it's pretty
unnoticeable and i can't be bothered to make it work better)
Allows you to adjust two parametric equalizer curves that affect the cd player,by default the first curve applies a
bass boost and the second does nothing. You can try tweaking the settings but it's a bit wack...
Works with Enhanced CD Player, Enhanced Toiveradio not tested but should work!
As all my other mods, this is untested and unpolished:) One issue I noticed is that if you modify the volume setting, the sound will dissappear completely if it's too loud...
