Apparently msc modding is dead, so i decided to dump this random garbage i have on my hard drive here:) Allows you to modify the min and max speeds, power, and grip multipliers of T.C.E cars. It doesnt work that well but i dont care

Note: Dont make bug reports for Traffic Car Expansion / complain that it is broken if you have this mod enabled (duh)
