To install:
Download the main file.
Extract all the contents of it using 7zip for example.
Open your game's directory, for steam that will most likely be: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\My Summer Car".
Decide, in which specific "CD" folder you want the music to be in. ("CD1", "CD2" or "CD3")
Take all the contents out of the downloaded archive and put it in that CD folder.
In game: go to your own bedroom. The CD cases, containing the CDs, will spawn on the desk.
Take the CD out of the case and put it in the CD-Player of your Satsuma. (the one you bought via the catalog laying inside your garage)
Put the key into the ignition, switch from radio mode to CD mode
