Changelogs
Version 0.1.0
Fixed needle movement, more consistent and shows accurate readouts compared to previous movement (pre-release)
Attaches a gauge to the steering column of the Satsuma. See how much fuel is being consumed while you drive, idle, and rev the engine.
Real-time efficiency readout on the gauge, efficiency changes with part condition, engine rpm, AFR, etc. Inspired by efficiency gauges from the 70's and 80's that use the carburetor vacuum and evaporative emission control systems.
How realistic is the economy measurement? The measure is supposed to be an estimate, much like the rest of the vacuum operated gauges that measure efficiency of carbureted motors. The efficiency of the Datsun 100a could measure from 6-8 L/100 km. In-game, the Satsuma is nowhere near as efficient; at 34-38L/100km. That is just how the game measures fuel consumption. One full tank of gasoline gets you ~100km.
