- All job calls are started (including Fleetari vandalism) so you can start pumping tanks, delivering wood, visiting grandma and brew up to 4 batches of Kilju.
- A fully upgraded monster of satsuma is hidden somewhere in the map with top speed of 240 km/h. Perfect tool to evade the law.
- Additional parts for rally participation need to be found in the map.
- Fleetari is on your side, visit his garage sometime.
- Jouko is at his new apartment.
- Gifu truck is at the plant and uncles van is in town.
- You now have total criminal freedom since you owe the government quarter million Markka anyway.
